I moved all my accounts from Swisscom to CableCom 4 weeks ago and also have my TV and internet already with Cablecom. As part of the move i ordered two iPhone XS Max which I was told as parts of the sales pitch would take a week to be delivered. Its been 4 weeks and still no phone. Are others experencing similar delays as Cabelcom should be lot more open if they have supply issues. I have been calling theier help numebr every week and they keep telling me it will come in a few days and today they told me it will be more than a week again. This is not very good customer serive if they are trying to swtich people over.
