TV Control with remote not working properly

Hi,

I just got the new box, UCP TV Box, and I installed it.

I noticed that TV control (not TV Box) through HDMI doesn’t works fine.

If I press another button at the same times, then it works (e.g. volume up and tv power, or pause and tv power)

I already checked cables, all is fine

Any idea how I could fix this ? Thanks

Ok, CEC (T-Link) was disabled in my TV settings.

Then the pairing eventually worked one time out of the many times I tried it.

Btw, it didn’t worked going in settings, sound & images then pairing

BUT I pressed the home button and selected pairing in the recent used settings just at the bottom. Otherwise it didn’t worked :/

Now all is working fine 🙂

In “Menu / Settings / Sound & Image / Volume Keys Control” what does it say?

If it already has your TV listed, try changing it to something else (if possible) and back again. If it’s trying to use CEC then make sure your TV has that enabled (AnyNet in Samsung, Bravalink or something in Sony) and then turn the power off / unplug both the UPC box and the TV, count to 10, plug the TV back in and turn it on, count to 10, and do the same with the UPC box.

That resets CEC.
