Port Forwarding Connect Box

Hi, I received my new UPC service yesterday and want to configure the port forwarding rules so I can connect to my NAS. Is there an expert mode to enable these options? I have found a user manual for the router online which shows options for that and other advanced features. There is no option for this on my router settings. thanks Richard

Yes it’s connected and I can access it through the ip adress that is on the image.

@Electroren ,Can your Arduino WIFI module communicate externally? Is it connected to the Connect Box via WIFI and can you access your module via internal IP?

Hello Daniele,

This is an arduino ESP8266 wifi module that I have programmed miself. It just shown an HTML page with datas it measures from my heating system and that I whant to consult from abroad.

@Electroren , You are redirecting this port to 192.168.0.66. What kind of WIFI device is the IP 192.168.0.66? It looks like a router. If you run a router with this IP, you have a double NAT in use, which can lead to problems. Please describe exactly what you want to do with the port forwarding.

Sadly the UPnP doesn’t work correctly, so I need to use the port forwarding

My connect box has ipv4, I have setup 1 port for port forwarding, but checking it with a port check tool, it looks closed. Am I missing anything?

I’d link to join the group: I got my Connect Box last week, been always a fun of Cabelcom, now UPC. But I can’t access my NAS from the outside anymore. May i Get the same solution as the others?
