Changing subscription for existing customers

Hello,

I have ben using UPC internet300 for more than 1 year (Customer number: *******) and I would like to add the new UPC TV to my package. I see that there are great deals for new customers (39 CHF for the first 12 months, and they pay 79 CHF after)

Checking the website and calling UPC call center, I found out that as an existing customer I must pay 119 CHF for the same deal (Internet300+UPC TV). Considering that currently I pay 79 CHF only for the internet, it doesn’t seem to be fair.

Do do you plan to offer better deals to existing customers? Or should I cancel my subscription, move to another provider and be a new customer?

I could not get the required support through the call center. I will appreciate if you could guide me on that.

Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, we can’t give you any other information than you already received on the phone. We always have promotions for existing customers or adjust subscriptions. However, this offer is based on new customers. We are sorry that we cannot meet your expectations.
