Hi All

Does anyone know if there is a problem in the Twann area (2513) regarding both signal strength and quality at the moment??

my signal strength is below 40% at the low end and the signal quality does not even register!! Can get some channels… but Sky News (225) is just blurred coloured lines and squeaks!!

Seems ok at the moment. Could have been atmospheric interference today ⚡️⚡️

I have removed from the power for 1 minute and turned back on. Sky news channel (225) is still the same. The signal strength is still the same, as is the signal quality. I have checked the cables and they are fine. Hopefully you can see the picture to show what I am seeing.

@Biggsp , I wouldn’t reset it, just restart it. The reset can be done later.

Do you mean reset to factory setting? Or turn the horizon box off from the power?

@Biggsp ,I do not currently see any failure or service limitation in the system. Can you please check your antenna cable if it is damaged and correctly plugged into the socket? Did you try to reboot your Horizon Box once?
